Mason now lives with a wonderful couple,(and a mastiff 4 X his size!) in New York.We bought our pug Mason from Rhonda over a year and half ago now and we absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE him! Vanessa We were blessed with our Mason in December of 2005 and can't imagine how we ever lived without him!! He is as mushy as can be and loves to snuggle all the time... but don't let that fool you because he is always up for a game of 'tug-of-war' or fetch!! We already had our bull mastiff...Thunder...before we got Mason and although Thunder needed a little time to adjust to his new little brother they are now inseperable and do EVERYTHING together!! They snuggle in bed together, play 'tug-of-war' with their ropes and toys, and love to chase each other around the house and the yard. Mason is friendly to other dogs we have had over and loves when friends and family visit...especially children!! We haven't had any health problems with him or any concerns whatsoever. As with all pugs, our Mason is full of personality and we enjoy him immensely each and everyday!! "From snuggles and hugs to chaos and noise...we simply can't imagine life without our boys!!" Gracie now lives with a beautiful lady in New York. Gracie is a model for a trendy pet boutique!gracie is doing just amazing..gracie is generally considered to be the most 'beautiful' pug that people have ever seen. she is also quite unique with her regal attitude. she is described as 'graceful' and 'poised' and charms everyone she meets. but what i am particularly proud of is her social intelligence. she is able to make even the most antisocial dog a friend and has a more active social life than her mommy! she is truly the light of my life.rhonda, i do wish you could come to ny for a visit and meet this little one. you won't believe how special she is! XOXO Liz and Gracie |

Puggles started agility training mid 2007 and is loving it. She learns very fast, I am the one who needs to catch up to her. She goes to class once a week and we try to work on her skills daily. On her first year birthday she took part in a fun agility match and did exceptionally well. We don't know yet if we want to compete but are thinking about it. Puggles loves to go on walkies, travels with us everwhere we go practically. She travels very well in the car, has her own car seat where she and car seat is buckled in. We go often to a local "Woofie" dog park where she makes all kinds of friends. She can outrun most of the dogs in the park ---- her tail "unfurled" behind her as she runs. She met a very special pug at the park named Gus, who is six months older with whom it was love at first sight. Both look so much alike it is hard to tell them apart at a distance. They enjoy each other so much that we plan on meeting as much as we can. We are very fortunate to have a vet who is concerned with preserving the health of his patients so we get the best foods and care available. Puggles is on a half raw half kibble diet. She is a slim but very muscular almost 16 pounder. I have to "plug" her food which comes from Nature's Variety. You can get more information on their web site. Willie |

Moose and Winston ("Winnie") Now living in Chicago with a wonderful family!Winston was our first puppy we got from Rhonda two years ago this June. Our second "puppy" came last fall when Moose's parents could no longer keep him. Rhonda took him in without hesitating and then called all the people who had adopted pups from the same time he was born. We realized after having Winston for over a year at the time, he needed a buddy to play and cuddle with, so we decided to take in Moose. They are both sons of Cletus T. Pugg. Winston's mom is Chloe Bell and Moose's mom is Gracie. They were born about 2 weeks apart, so we kindly refer to them as the Brothers from Another Mother. They are both in great shape and have the best personalities. Moose is more like Eeyore - very passive and loving, Winston is more like Tigger - loves to romp and play, but also loves to snuggle with us and the kids. |

Moose and Winston with their "Grandparents" in ChicagoCan't believe it's been almost two years since we got Winnie! The "boys" are doing great. They have both put on weight even since these photos at Christmas, but they are active and love to play with each other. Thankfully the weather is getting nicer and they can bask in the sun more. Much Love, Dawn |

I think Praline has finally figured out how to play with her as well. It took Pounchkie running behind one of our couches and suddenly Praline came alive and was all about being chased and stealing toys. Praline is very very good with her. Even when the little one is bitting on her legs, ears, and tail she pretty much ignores this. They are the cutest when we go outside for a walk, for Pounchkie wants to walk Praline, and Praline just stands there letting this little one pull on her, knowing she won't even be able to budge her. You've done a great job of socializing little Pounchkie - she doesn't even blink at the vacuum cleaner, and we've had her out and about (mostly at our local Starbucks) and of course she steals the show. I'm off to give both pugs snuggles before bed. Take care, Christina For more on the adventures of Praline and Pounchkie, see their blog at: http://pralinemariepug.typepad.com/ |

Things are going very well with the little man. We went to the vet yesterday, and Bluto took his first bus ride too!Doctor says he looks really good-gums and teeth are healthy, he's about 3.2 lbs, great joint movement, etc. I must say he handled it like a champ, falling asleep in the carrier! At home he's been a little snuggler. I think he's pretty used to the house along with nate and I. Choosing to go to nate when he's feeling rambutious, and to me when he needs a little nap or sense of security. I taught him today how to walk up stairs, and how to get around in the tall grass. Overall he's been nothing but a joy to live with, even when he gets the little spurts of playing time energy right before he's supposed to go to bed! Thank you again for all your help giving us the best little man on earth. Hope you enjoyed your stay in Chicago, and we look forward to visiting you and the family-esp the pups, this summer. Sincerely, Jen |

Marty with his new familyHi Rhonda,Marty is doing very well. Was 10lbs the last time we were to the vet so probably 11-12 now. Potty training is going well. We are trying to teach him to ring a bell to go out but he likes to just play with the bell. Also likes to bite Mark's feet alot. Mark will be glad when the biting stage is over. We took him boating. He liked it and swimming too! He has a little life jacket which is taking some getting use to. We stopped to see Jack and Lilly about a week ago. Marty did not know what to think at first but they got along really good after a while. Well Hope all is well with you guys - Take care

He went up to his bed in our room, awoke twice to go potty, then right back to sleep! Each time, we walked him into our bathroom, where he found his puppy pad, and knew what to do!! We had a few other episodes of crying, but he immediately calmed when we patted him, and right back to sleep! What a good boy! Today he has eaten well, rode in the car when Emory went to school, and on to the vet for a check--all clear! Since then, he has had 6052 hugs from the kids; lots of sniffing our furniture; several naps; multiple barks to scare away the "other puppy" who lives in our sliding glass door (his reflection!!); and one good long glare from the cat! A great day for the puppy! I am so proud that he did so well! As soon as I get our photos uploaded, I'll send you some! Thanks again and I'll keep you updated! Amy |

Winston is doing great. He's the pride and joy of the family and he loves the attention. His appetite is good and he's getting the hang of going out side to do is business. We've only had a couple of accidents since Friday. Last night he slept through the night without having to be let out. We also had our first visit to the vet yesterday afternoon and he got a clean bill of health. Thank you for taking such good care of him. We'll be in touch. Carmen |
